Comfortable stay with a few hiccups

The room was comfortable and well-kept, providing a pleasant space for unwinding after a day of activities. The hotel's non-smoking policy contributed to a fresher atmosphere within the premises.

However, the breakfast service was disorganized, with popular items not being replenished in a timely manner. I also encountered some system errors related to my reservation that created unnecessary stress.

Rude front desk service!!! The lobby's filthiness and lack of air conditioning made waiting unbearable. Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, making my stay uncomfortable!!! System errors in reservations and payments added unnecessary stress!!!

My stay was a short transit visit while exploring nearby attractions like the Museo Arqueologico del Soconusco and Parque Central Miguel Hidalgo. The room was comfortable and adequate for my needs. The location was quite handy, as I could easily walk to several interesting sites. However, the breakfast options could use more variety, as popular items weren't replenished quickly. Overall, it was a decent experience for a couple of nights.

So, like, the location is super clutch with tons of places to eat nearby, and the pool was, like, exactly what we needed! But seriously, the breakfast was kinda chaotic and they ran out of stuff. And omg, the room had a nasty smell? ! Totally not vibing with that!
